Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Get Found, a service of CNS Digital Solutions (Christopher Stewart, sole proprietor), Overland Park, Kansas ("Get Found," "we," "us"). By subscribing, you agree to them.

1. The service

Get Found builds and manages your business's online presence: creating and managing a Google Business Profile (with you as its owner and us as manager), providing a business phone number with missed-call text-back, operating review requests and draft responses, publishing social posts from content you provide, submitting standard business listings, and delivering a monthly activity report. Service scope by plan is described at checkout.

2. Billing, trial, and cancellation

• First week: you pay $1 today. Your paid subscription at the plan price shown at checkout begins automatically 7 days later and renews monthly until you cancel.
• We email you before your first full charge.
• Cancel anytime, online, in one click, through your billing portal — no phone calls required. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except as required by law or where we choose to issue a refund.
• Charges appear on your statement as GETFOUND.

3. What's yours

• Your Google Business Profile is yours. You are its owner from day one; we act as a manager under Google's third-party policies. If you cancel, ownership stays with you and we hand back management within 7 business days.
• Your content is yours. Photos, business information, and reviews remain yours; you grant us a license to use them solely to provide the service.
• Your phone number is provisioned and held by the platform during the $1 week; after your first full monthly payment it is dedicated to your account and portable to another provider on request per standard porting rules.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, and only content you have the right to use.
• Use the phone and messaging features lawfully — one-to-one replies to your own customers and communications they have consented to, consistent with our SMS Policy. No spam, no prohibited content.
• Complete the parts only you can do (for example, recording Google's verification video).

5. Honest limits

We build and manage your presence with care, but we do not control Google, Meta, or phone carriers. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, verification timelines, review counts, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Third-party platforms may change rules or reject content, and their decisions are outside our control. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.

7. Termination by us

We may suspend or end service for non-payment, unlawful use, or abuse of our team or systems, with notice where practical. If we end service without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Johnson County, Kansas.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers and take effect at your next renewal.
