About the program

Get Found provides small businesses a managed business phone line and customer-communication service. Text messages sent through the Get Found program include:

• Missed-call replies — a one-to-one text reply sent on a business's behalf to a customer who has just called that business's number.
• Review invitations — a text from the business a customer chose to hire, inviting them to leave a review after a completed job.
• Account and service notifications — messages to subscribed Get Found business owners about their own account: profile status, new reviews, content approvals, and billing reminders.

How consent works

• Business owners opt in to account messages during signup at usegetfound.com, where recurring-message consent is stated at checkout.
• Business customers receive one-to-one replies after they initiate contact by calling the business, and service-related messages (like a review invitation) from businesses they have hired. Consent is collected by the business at the point of service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by activity — typically a small number of messages per interaction or job. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that number immediately. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Quiet hours & conduct

Automated messages respect quiet hours. STOP and HELP are honored on every number in the program. Spam, marketing to purchased lists, and any unlawful messaging are prohibited on the platform.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle information in the messaging program is described in our Privacy Policy. Consent records are retained as required by carrier rules. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
